Also inscribed to title page "L.Q.C. Milton, 1801, Augusta", aka John's son Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus MIlton. Finally, the book is inscribed on the rear pastedown "Padan-Aram, Burke County," a reference to Padan-Aram, the Milton family plantation in Georgia.
