They include Southern Spicy Gingerbread, Soda Biscuit (A Southern Recipe), Klonvalescent Kake, Tomato Soup Cake (or Poor Man's Fruit Cake), moonshine cake, The Champion Silver Cake (Winner of 216 First Prizes at State and Other Fairs), Kentucky Surprise, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Kentucky Boiled Ham, Rural Carriers' Favorite, Kentucky Boiled Green Beans, and more.
