Bowling Green, Kentucky: [1952]. Octavo, comb bound tan wrappers with black lettering, 72 pp. A cookbook by the Bowling Green, Kentucky based Alpha Theta Chapter of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. Undated, but we found a newspaper article noting its publication in 1952 (The Park City Daily News, 7/6/1952). Recipes are attributed, and include Kentucky Sauce, Aunt Jeanie's Old Fashioned Chess Pies, Burgoo, and much more. Western Kentucky University only in OCLC. Very good with staining to covers and to a couple of pages. Item #14446
