The text makes an urgent appeal to cleaners to joing the union before the end of World War II, and warns then against joining the company union instead: "Pullman car cleaners have many problems concerning wages, hours of work and working conditions...You must organize before the WAR IS OVER, otherwise, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ORGANIZE AT ALL..."
