Three additional inscriptions present to endpapers in the form of lessons on wisdom, i.e. “learn wisdom by the observations of others & thy own experience.” Toning to pages, damp staining to text, a few pages trimmed close with loss to last letter of text on pp. 19-20, mild wear to binding.
